Over 200 but I've had luck on secondhand sites. The Aritzia super puff is very warm and they make a few different lengths depending what you're looking for. ALO currently has jackets for under 200 since they have a sale going on
Zara has lots of cute options.
On there I’m told the jacket were it is a puffer body with stretch sleeves is in style now. It is a jacket - not a coat.
