They sell them, but not necessarily to the chareidi community.

From my observations, they are beginning to creep in among chareidim, but it isn't the standard.

Not so much in the mainstream Chareidi crowd. Creeping in with the more open/working/smarphone crowd.

In the Israeli chareidi circles that I've been around (no smartphones, shorter sheitals, send to standard BY/chedarim) I have not seen lace. They will wear this style that is very flat on the head that I think might be kind of mimicking that flat look you get with lace but it's still a skin top.
I have heard of folded lace and another kind of lace that I'm not sure what they do but I have heard some of the more American chareidi but not as open-minded going for (but I don't really know what it is).

Yes in the more open crowd I've definitely seen it.

Lace front, yes.
Lace top? I've only seen among the very "open" chareidim. The crowd that accociates with the Mamach schools.

Remember Israeli crowd generally don't get a wig as often as other countries so most who bought a wig 8 yrs ago when lace wasn't a big thing are still wearing those wigs for a couple more yrs

I'm curious why a lace front would be more acceptable than a lace top? (I have a lace top but will probably go back to skin top for my next sheital bc it needs too much upkeep for me). Wouldn't the lace front also give that natural "is she wearing a sheital or not" look? Or is that not thenreason they don't go for it?

I honestly don't even relate to the answers here. Have you been to Bnei Brak recently. Their everyday shaitels are lace- and to a wedding? Couldn't find a skin top in the room. Same in Har Nof and RBS

Surprised at the answers here.

YES, absolutely they wear them. I live in a chareidi city, for reference.

There are some that don't, maybe in certain circles.

This. And also, charedi is a pretty broad spectrum.

I can only give answers as they relate to my community and what I've personally seen.

Agree. Wherever I go and see chareidi women, they're in lace top wigs.

It's much more respectful and within social norms to say "Chareidim" and not "Hareidim".
I've seen plenty of lace tops among the American and European and Israeli Chareidi Lite crowd

I'm a bit puzzled. The letter H is often ( yet not always) used as a transliteration of the letter ח. Why would it be disrespectful? Just because it is written that way does not mean it is pronounced that way.

It's disrespectful because often, when it's worded like that, it's followed by criticism of our community.
