When he took a chocolate leben and ate it less than an hour after eating Fleishig supper, without realizing ..
(putting aside that it's a treat we don't randomly let them take on their own..)

Hey, Yaakov. That's milchig and we just ate chicken. You could finish it tomorrow.
Assuming he's still doing it. If it's after the fact then he still didn't realize then drop it.
