Please help me make them less. I am in my 30s. I tried Neutrogena retinol under eye and cerave and they both don't help

You can't put it under your eyes. The skin is thin and sensitive.

It could be mixed with moisturizer to dilute it. Slowly reduce the amount of moisturizer over time until the skin tolerates the prescription retinol
