I’m looking for dolls for a 5 year old girl. I’d like to get a bunch of them so she can make pretend games with multiple girls. I don’t like the adult Barbie’s bc of the body type. Kelly’s are ok, but wondering if there is anything else on the market that’s better. Would love suggestions? Thanks!

Does she have a dollhouse? DD used to play for hours with her dollhouse and the various mentchies and accessories it came with, and we bought additionally.
The Target dolls are great and come with alot of accessories, and often go on sale, so you can get more than one for reasonable $$.

The big Polly pocket dolls, or the American girl knock off dolls.

Would you be open to an 18 inch doll like an American girl or My generation. The latter can be found at Target and I prefer these dolls to barbies since they don't look so grown up. My generation has better accessories and clothes IMO and they're def much cheaper than American Girl

We also have the my generation dolls. By now my girls are older so they have quite a collection since they have gotten many more as birthday presents. They can play with them for hours

It's different than the doll house (we have that and also play with it a lot) since it's more about the clothes and accessories vs. the furniture and "house/family" games.

Tip: you can buy the knock off clothes/outfits/accessories for a fraction of the price from sites like Ali and shein. Just make sure it's for an 18inch doll
