Toddler is into everything. I may just need to empty out the things he can reach but first fishing for ideas. I have two side cabinets (one door each) with three drawers in middle. Nice dark wood. It's not in perfect condition but nice enough that I don't want to mess it up with stick-on things.
Because the cabinets are one door each, I can't use the locks that connect two handles. They click shut so I can't use the one where you have to open it a little and push down (not describing well but maybe you know, it's what I have in the bathroom vanity). Baby is strong enough to pull it open even with the click.
The cabinet is only a problem that he dumps out things that are breakable and make a mess even if they don't break. But the drawers he likes to play with and can pinch his fingers in. I'm not sure what kind of lock works for that. The one I described above doesn't because he can still pinch his fingers by opening it until the latch (which he does in the bathroom but there I'm watching him more closely and not spending as much time there. Dining room is an issue throughout meals etc)
