Does it get refunded if you decide not to send?
$500 is a lot to lose if my daughter gets in somewhere else or her friends don't also get in...

It doesn't say? My camp, a different one says it's only charged upon acceptance.

They give you 24 hours. They email and txt you once accepted and say you have 24 hrs to tell them you aren’t sending.
It used to be they took a long time to accept, like 4 weeks. I was hoping for that.
But they are already accepting. You have 24 hours to ask for your deposit back.
I’m hoping they will be nice about it bec my dd was accepted but isn’t 100% she wants to go.
So we will see.
I’ve had many kids go there over the years and they have always been fair. Don’t know what would happen here if I change my mind. I would call them and ask them.

We are returning.
I’m guessing new campers with no siblings don’t get responses for sure until after November 15 and prob much later.
Typically they fill up a lot from siblings. It’s hard for new families to get in.

Hatzlacha rabbah! My girls really loved it over a few years.
(My dd who isn’t sure if she wants to go it’s bec of friend politics, she only wants that camp, just wishes her friend situation was different)
