Now that it's getting colder, it's time for me to declutter and organize my coat closet.
It's a typical plain closet: one rod and a long shelf on top of the rod ( need a stool to reach).
In terms of coats, rain coats, jackets....how do I declutter them?
What should be left in the closet?

I have a closet with a rod and shelf on top as well.
Shelf has 3 bins- hats and gloves in one,baby blankets / Footmuffs in another , and sweatshirts in the 3rd.
On the rod- shabbos and weekday coat and jackets for me and dh, and kids shabbos coats.
Under rod- my husband built hooks all around perimeter of wall. Briefcases in one area, weekday coats in another , and light spring jackets on 3rd wall.
