Hi, I will be asking for a raise
Working 3 years in a job that is skilled but w/o degree. within the past year have grown into a more management type position. (W/o that title)
I know that I am valued at my company
I’m not really sure how much to be asking for I dont want to ask for an amount that is crazy high and sounds silly
But I also want to make sure I’m getting paid what I’m worth and not under asking
What would make sense? Location for reference is Lakewood

As a daughter of God, your worth is infinite.
(Sorry couldn't resist. No idea what the pay scales like these days.)

Do you have three years of work experience altogether or only in this job?
Did you get a raise in the three years you were there?
Did you get a raise when you took on more responsibility?
It may be helpful to know more about the field/industry since there are different standards. If you're working in an education related field or insurance related, the standards are different.
Hourly or salary?
In general, in Lakewood, for three years of work experience, somewhere in the $30-35 per hour range

Assuming you are not being drastically underpaid a good raise in Lakewood in my opinion is $3-$5 an hour
