So happy to hear! Let us know what you prepared (and what was fun just because they were there).

I bought these pillows at target that said ā€œgatherā€ on them-probably for thanksgiving and I had someone cricket them with their names on top, and in bottom it said ā€œat Baabiā€™sā€. I put one in each of their pillows. Their excitement when seeing them was just precious. We took a picture before Shabbos together, we picked up the pictures at CVS after Shabbos and I bought wooden frames for them to paint and put the picture in. I took them for pizza as well and watched an I Love Lucy movie with them. Just being together with them without their parents is a whole different dynamic. My husband told them stories about their ancestors, we played games, had a lot of their favorite foodsā€¦ā€¦.. it was really great! One of my daughters asked when I am doing it again-I answered her-itā€™s called ANNUAL granddaughters Shabbat on for a reason! It was great-but exhausting! Have a beautiful day!

I love this idea! I didnā€™t have grandparents growing up and I donā€™t have married kids yet but I really hope to do something like this for my grand children! So special!
