I own a service based business, and im considered one of the top in the industry. I have a competitor that is also considered one of the top in the industry, but in a different way, and they keep on stealing my clients. Up until now I thought it's all in my head, but something happened with a client recently, and the client told me about it, and its clear that they are trying to get all of my clients to use them.

How would you feel about this? And is there anything I can do to stop them for doing this every few weeks?

Im just a woman trying to make an honest living, and its really getting to me Sad

There’s nothing you can do except try to steal them back somehow.

Be better! Or charge less than them
Give them a reason to want to stay

I am better. But they do it in such an underhanded way that my clients don't even realize what's going on.

Yes they are. I dont want to go to beis din, im not the type of person that will pick a fight. But this client is being bullied into using the competitor even though they don't want to. They told me they won't be working with them, but there are real bad people doing business out there, and at the end of the day the people with money and power have the last word.

I know, and I truly believe it. And bh im earning enough money to cover my bills. It's just painful every time I have a client leave, and its almost always to that competitor.

I had a couple of clients that went elsewhere and I wasn't that bothered, because that's the nature of the business. I'm just very bothered that they go out of their way to steal every second client of mine.
