IM SOOOOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!!!
Dh pays the bills generally. He’s extraordinary busy and stressed out and asked me for help with 3 bills. I know I STINK at this but I couldn’t say no, these are time sensitive and he’s very busy. One was a med bill, tax bill. Ez pass bill.
After HOURS I’m at square one. Websites can’t process my request or can’t pull up my bill, getting hung up on, sitting on hold for hours, going in circles and circles. Idk what it is abt this kind of frustration but I want to pull the hair out of my head!!! Why am I so darn bad at this?????????????

This is not normal. 99% of the time it is easy to pay a bill unless you don't have internet or a credit card. Companies want to take your money. That said, don't feel bad about it, it just takes getting used to. I suggest you ask a trusted relative for help. Or PM and I can help out.
