I bought frozen Kibbe roll in Jerusalem glatt. How do I cook and what do I serve it with?

Kibbe cherry roll recipe:
Sauté an onion
Add in the Kibbe roll and brown on both sides
On the side make a mixture of 1 tbsp apricot jam, 1 tbsp prune juice, 1 tbsp prune butter, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 can tomato paste, and a can of sweet pitted cherries
Add in a little water to thin. Like 1/3 cup
Bring to a boil then lower on simmer for around 1.5 hrs
You can carefully flip the Kibbe rolls 1/2 way
You can cook it either in a roaster or in a pot. Depending how your Kibbe rolls fit.
If you’re using a roaster Just be careful the Kibbe roll doesn’t get stuck when you’re browsing it

Sear roll( can skip if don’t have time)
Put in roaster with 1lb of fresh mushrooms
1/2 C water
Salt
Allspice
White pepper
Cover tightly and bake low and slow
