I am looking to book a culinary class (anything as long as it is in the kitchen) for just me and my husband. It can be in NY or NJ. If anyone has done this and can recommend a place I would appreciate it.
If not, maybe someone can recommend a private chef that might do this? We do not live there so we do not have a place to host it.

A few years ago we had a cooking birthday party in the Kosher Cullinary Center in Flatbush. It was really fun and learned some great cooking tips. I wonder if they still do it...
