American citizens living abroad, are you voting?

I personally have been living outside of america for more years than I live in america and have never voted, but wondering if people really do vote outside the usa for the american president.

I think it’s a pity that the seminaries and yeshivos don’t encourage-let alone arrange-for the American young men and women to vote. They’re only overseas for a year or two and when they come back the results will affect them too. A bit short-sighted if you ask me.

Yes I did! They still make me file taxes, I'll keep voting. Taxation without representation and all that. But I'd happily agree to not vote for every single year they waived my filing taxes.

American living in Israel, I vote.

I'm also involved in the seminary world and there was a big push this year for sem girls/yeshiva guys to vote.

I wanted to vote but when I went to my state's website it said I wasn't in the system. I have voted in the past /have gotten called for jury duty but not for many years.
I wasn't sure how to pursue it after that. I did reach out to someone who is supposed to help with this kind of thing but didn't hear back. I do feel bad I won't be voting but I wasn't sure what else I could do

My entire family voted. Americans living in Israel. My kids left America when they were very young but we make sure they register when they turn 18.
We hosted some seminary girls over the chagim and they said they're voting.

I think there is no point, I am registered in NJ, which is so blue my vote doesnt matter

If I was from a state that actually made a difference, I would have made the effort.

I voted from Israel. Dropped it off at the Embassy here.
I would like the government to see how many absentee ballots are coming from Israel. It may affect the aid that Israel gets.

I made aliya when I was 14, DH came at 20 and our kids were born here.
None of us ever voted in the US but usually we all vote absentee. Not sure all the kids did this time cause some felt they had no one to vote for.

My daughter and her friends in sem tried voting but they got denied as forged signatures, dunno what that means.
