I’m in my low 30s and don’t want to go to someone younger than me, I also have some hormone imbalances that I need someone who knows they’re stuff to help me with what foods work

just so you know...some that are very busy have pple working under them, and they might be younger then you. So when choosing, either tell the nutritionist that you specifically dont want someone younger dealing with you.

Shaindy Oberlander is amazing!! She's super understanding and very knowledgeable in all areas of living healthy and beyond... I used her in the past and her way is a way of life! I also recommended a whole bunch of ppl to her and they were all so happy.
She has separate plans for nursing/pregnant and non nursing/pregnant and if you're not losing for whatever reason, she'll get to the bottom of it and help you figure out what the issue is until you start losing... shes amazing great understanding and best of all non judgemental!! Shaindys the best!

She must be in her high 30s (even tho she looks like a teenager lol)
I have no idea how long shes doing it for but definitely a nice number of years... she was also once interviewed on Inspired Living if you wanna see that...

I have a friend who is 45+ that dealt with meira Waldman after trying many things. She consistently lost a significant amount of weight. It is really impressive.
But she really kept to the diet strictly and didn’t cheat. Ever. That seemed like the secret. There was no magic.
With many of the nutritionists you can pay extra to see them directly.
