- Thomas everything bagel thin w/ 1/2 can spicy tuna & mayo. Top with pickles/onions/tomato
- chicken salad- grill the chicken with some low fat Italian dressing. All my fav veggies and low fat lemon garlic from salad mate
- Shakshuka. Sautee onion and pepper, add 16 oz can diced tomatoes. 2-3 eggs
