I sometimes take a girl to babysit at night I have 2 kids a 7 year old and a 4 year old. I wanna know how much is "normal " to pay per hour

High school girls in Monsey are asking for $12-$15.

I sometimes pay $10 per hour. And the mother sometimes tells me that really she's doing me a favor...I know it's kind of her to allow her kids to babysit regardless of how much I pay her, but I don't want to underpay them. I'm not wealthy by any means so I can't pay too much, but I do want to be considerate of what's considered normal in this area

I don't remember the last time I had a babysitter take $10 and hour. $12-$15 is more standard, in my experience.
