At 7 months postpartum and I've been struggling to loose weight. I've been following an eating plan set out by my dietician and been doing fitness classes once/twice a week with home workouts inbetween.
I cannot seem to loose the weight. So I did bloodwork which shows high insulin levels and a vitamin B12 deficiency. Anyone else have experience with this?
And aside from eating well (low carb) and exercise, what helped you?
