I “fell asleep” on my brand new husbands shoulder on the way home from our wedding because I was worried we won’t have what to talk about. We had an hour drive home and I actually ended up falling asleep.
Idk why I was so worried, we had great conversations while dating and during engagement….. but we didn’t speak for 2 weeks before so I got awkward.
I had a fast engagement due to unfortunate family circumstances and I didn't know my dh well. We were so self conscious on getting dressed or undressed in front of each other we took turns in the bathroom! Now we are past that and laugh about it.
DH didn’t know how to handle lingerie in the beginning. I was told that my chosson would enjoy slowly “unwrapping” me but he never got the memo. I don’t think I stood before him in lingerie for more than 3 seconds before it all come off. This was during the first week of sheva brachos.

I think most people are like this at the beginning.
Its awkward for both.
During Sheva brochos my husband was looking at my feet at breakfast. I had heard of foot fettishes and was convinced he was thinking lewd thoughts during nidda. I was appalled and felt so violated. I went ballistic on him and he was extremely confused. Looking back we find it hysterical.

Once we were having sx and someone called (we didn't pick up). After he called the guy back and said "Sorry I missed your call. I was sleeping. Not really sleeping, but y'know.", the guy was like "I got you.
In sheva brochos we received a cheque for $38 with wrong name written. Stupid me called up the sender and asked if she can re-send with the correct name.
