Where can I find good condition used toys that people are giving away or selling for good price?

For starters where are you located? My entire collection is secondhand since I want designer and expensive stuff. Facebook, Craigslist, mercari, thrift stores... I mean what are you talking about and what are you looking for because most people aren't just giving away their mitzvah kinder

People who move, have playgroups and downsize must have good stuff to sell.
Talking about in Bergen/Teaneck or Monsey (Northern NJ) area.
I would imagine stuff online has shipping costs that would make it not worth it.
And I have never had a good experience with any thrift shops

Do you have Freecycle near you?

It's an on-line group where people give away everything on it.
It is group by location.

If you live in a very frum area, try searching a little farther out on fb and the like. I find that frum communities tend to have larger families (that use their toys longer and wear them out more) and social networks (they'll pass the toys to their neighbor/friend/sister sooner than Facebook) but if you find a nice neighborhood nearby where most people have 2 or so kids, there's a lot of turnover.
