My twins are bh 15m kh.. my question is, how does my stomach need to look like after all this stretch mark?
By my single pregnancy after month or two usually it's back to normal... but now my stomach still full of stretch marks and more like baggy stomach.... is this normal? Or sign of concern?

Exercise. Sorry hon!

I laid on my back on a mat and 'walked' with my legs in the air and such similar exercises. Put my hands behind my head and lifted, up and down.
Single pregnancy tho.

The good news: it's normal.
The bad news: it may stay this way.

I am very thin and didn't have any stretch marks at all, I looked completely back to normal after my singletons, but after my twins I ended up with an empty bag of skin that never went away even when my weight was at its lowest.

Your body may never be the same again. Embrace every stretch mark as a badge of honor

No never heard of that.

It helps close your separation in your abs and help your stomach get flatter. I have done it but I am due soon bh So Ill try to do this also after this birth iyh.

Don't do these if you have Diastasis Recti which is very rare not to have if you had twins.
If so, you must go to a diastasis recti class with a specialized instructor who will teach you how to exercise to help you.
Exercising with that will exacerbate the stomach problem.

Exactly some exercises like crunches/sit ups make diasitis worse.

For the record my baggy stomach has nothing to do with my muscles - it's literally a bag of stretched skin. By some miracle my muscles didn't separate even after twins.

So of the opposite, I still have a little bit of skin, but not that much.

It’s been quite a few years and stretch marks never went away. Some ppl use creams to make stretch marks less noticeable.
I call them my war scars.

When you lean all the way forward nothing sags? I guess it's to do with skin elasticity or something.
