Bais Shaindel doesn't count because they're full and therefore you can't really count on them.
Between Bais Rivka Rochel girls (feeder school), siblings, family, and by now alumi, they don't want people counting it as one of their 4 and counting on it.
So you apply to 4+ Bais Shaindel.

I don't know the ins and outs of Chassidishe places.
But it's possible that it's also not smart to count on other feeder schools. Bais Leah,Ateres Nechama, Shiras Devorah because they also are mostly full before registration even starts.
Got it! Thanks!

Chemdas is basically taking over maayan, which was geared to heimish girls but couldn’t open this year due to financial constraints.

Binas is a new school- 9th grade this year, it is not specifically geared for the heimish chassidish crowd, I think they don’t even want that, but bec it’s new and the heimish girls don’t have so many options , girls went or want to go there

Shiras devorah and bais shaindel are great options that have some heimish girls but they have feeder elementary schools so they have limited spots (bais shaindel even more limited bec they have 2 feeder schools)

There are also some heimish girls lately in aderes and oros

These schools are not all the same type, you would need to do research and see which is the best fit for you or where you have pull, apply to 4 and daven!

I don’t know a lot. They took in most of the girls from Mayan Bais yaakov. I think they are geared towards Tiferes Chaya and bais hachinuch maybe bnos Hadassah. The principal is Mrs. Rosenberg from machon Mattel Leah I think.

I heard a rumor that someone Malky Fried was asked to be principal of the Limudei Chol department. Anyone know if she accepted?

The oak & vine carpool was full today going to orientation. Maybe the girls are more chassidish and less heimish?
