Hair all over chin

I have a few teen/young adult daughters.
One of my daughters, early 20’s, has “fuzz”/hair all over her chin.
It’s not dark.
is she supposed to have it removed?
I don’t know if it’s new.
Is it from hormones?
what causes the hair?
What should we do about it?

I practically have a black beard....
Laser didn't work for me. I'm tired of waxing & am embarrassed to wait till the hairs are long enough to be waxed, so I tweeze every couple of days.

I did electrolysis on any dark hairs. Some blonde ones that are thicker I did also.

Laser won’t work on blonde hairs and it might stimulate growth. Waxing may also cause some hairs to grow in darker. That’s what I had.

There’s a facial razor I use but only before a major simcha. The hair sometimes grows back thicker, so I only did it twice. I wouldn’t do it on a regular basis.

It may bother her if the blonde hairs stand out when she wears makeup there. I found the blonde hairs show up more when there’s foundation, and not so noticeable on natural skin.

thank you for the replies.
She is in her early 20s and I want her to be socially appropriate.
it is not dark at all- it is like a layer of fuzz, not brown or black, not thick.
What kind of professional do I go to for guidance?

I have peach fuzz, and I’ve been told before that I have a “moustache” TMI

I use a facial razor whenever I notice it growing back. Takes 2 mins then I wash with facial cleanser

Google ‘facial razor’, it’s like a stick with a vertical razor on the end. Very simple and easy to use and can be bought in a pharmacy. I use mine about once month, if that

Electrolysis is good for getting rid of dark or thick. It thins it over time. And the thinner the hairs/ roots are, the less it is likely to grow back.

If you can find an honest electrolysis person, they can advise you whether to touch it or leave it… or take some away to have less of a look.

I would tweeze mine, but there are too many individual hairs and it’s painful. Sometimes I tweeze my eyebrows but also it’s pretty painful so I use the facial razor to clean them up or get them done professionally

I usually remove the black hairs with a tweezer and the peach fuz with a facial razor. I do it every two weeks.

My 18 yr daughter also developed blond hair all over her face especially at her sideburns where it grew thicker. No color just completely white/blonde. This happened over the course of a year, I’d say.
As far as I known laser wldnt work on such light hair and I cant imagine doing electrolytes there.
I Was apprehensive abt razoring it off but is this the only option? Its really gets messy when she applies makeup.
