Can anyone recommend a 30 inch gas slide in range that has certified shabbos mode?
Meaning can keep on over yomtov etc.

I've had GE profile in past but I don't want to have to purchase a whole seperate shabbos keeper ....

Ask your Rav if you need the shabbos keeper. It is an extra hiddur that is a great convenience on shabbos so I can have my food stay in the oven and open and close as many times as I want. However, I found it to get in my way over the three day yt. It would be on warm on erev shabbos from 12-motzei shabbos so I could not properly warm the food completely. I also could not cook on friday of yt for shabbos which was so inconvenient. So, I unplugged the box this yt and solved my problem.
Now, with regards to opening and closing the door on yt, that is where the extra hiddur comes in. there is a computer chip that tracks every time you open and close it and tells the oven to heat up more. So, the shabbos keeper cancels that function.
GE ovens still have A shabbos mode but it is not officially certified

bottom line, ask your rav

I use my ge profile in Shabbos mode without ge keeper. I was told I just have to use a magnet on the door pusher and with Shabbos mode it’s fine.
Town appliance sells a magnet the exact size.

Or check star-k website

Thank you so much for your help. So each ge oven has shabbos mode still even though it's not certified?

And it's basically up to each individual Rabbi to pasken if one can use shabbos mode without a agency certification?

just wonder why the OU or CRC would not certify them if using shabbos mode without shabbos keeper is sufficient to rely on.

I have had the Samsung 5.8 CuFt Gas Range with Convection Cooking in Stainless Steel for almost 5 years now.
Only issue has been needing to replace the ignitor which we did ourselves and didn't need a repairman, though I've heard this is a common occurrence in many different ovens.
