Mercer Labs is located in downtown Manhattan. It claims to be a museum. It is just light shows in room after room after room. The good news is they have a ball pit for kids in one room and kinetic sand for kids in a different room. One room is just jungle sounds and no light show. At $52 for each adult ticket, I expected much more.

So interesting you say that because I just heard from a family member who was there how phenomenal it was! And this is coming from someone who does not spend easily and would have complained about the money if she felt the high cost was not justified. (She did not go with kids- maybe it's not worthwhile for kids.) I'm definitely planning on going!
