Yes. For close to 20 years bh. I'm definitely not going to waste my emotional energy trying to change it. Its not a big deal.

Yes. Married twenty plus years ….
That’s how many socks that I put into the hamper for him? 1,000,000?
Annoying but I don’t lose sleep over it…

Yes and I’ve learned to just put it in the hamper. Takes me 5 seconds and over time I’ve literally forgotten that I’m doing it

Yup unfortunately it’s not just socks. It’s pants on the floor in one spot socks in another shirt draped over someplace and when he showers it’s all on the floor in the bathroom. I blame my mil for not teaching her boys how to be functional humans they would not be able to survive without a woman in their lives.

No he does not, but I do, all the time. It bothers him, and he cleans up after me very kindly.

I really do try to be more mindful and not leave socks on the floor (or pajama shorts, or my bra on our bathroom doorknob, or my tichel lying around etc etc etc) but my nature simply is not a neat one and its very hard for me.

I SO appreciate him putting up with it in a way that does not make me feel awful.

Yeah because I asked him to . I leave my laundry on the floor at night, and in the morning I take it to the hamper. I don’t mind taking his socks and underwear too.
