I need the easiest recipes possible for YT. I'm hosting, work ft, and only have littles at home. My husband will also be working and in his spare time will be building a sukkah. I need the easiest 1-2-3 recipes with minimal appliances possible including freezer stuff made now and stuff to make on yt.
Finances are limited for buying pre-made. Unfortunately can't rely on it too much beyond challah and dips or desserts

If you use frozen dill cubes, you can make your own dill dip. Mayo, a few cubes, maybe some garlic powder.
I buy bbq sauce at dollar tree for $1.25 for over the chicken. Easy peasy
You can also do chicken and rice in the same pain (not bbq, cover with water and spices- I don't know specific amounts )

Whole chicken- dump on spices of choice, rub all over with a little oil. Bake covered for a few hours. Comes out soft and delicious
Brisket or any cut u like like Deckle etc. pour any bottles sauce like oxegen or pure foods and bake covered low and slow
Broccoli kugel is super easy. I use the chopped broccoli or riced broccoli and mix it in frozen no need to defrost
Salmon is always easy
Gefilte easy
Pineapple kugel is another dump and go recipe.
Sliced potatoes add a little duck sauce on slices and sprinkle with French fried onions
Baked sweet potatoes

Frozen vegetable sides.
Put in oven on yom tov. (Second Night meals might not be ready in time so we’ve leftovers from other meals.)
Broccoli with garlic, sal, pepper, pan
Cauliflower with zatar, salt, pepper, bean
Green beans with sautéed onion cubes, salt, pepper, garlic cubes, drizzle honey
Make rice covered in oven. Can add in canned mushrooms to be fancy.
Roasts are easiest. Slice on oven. Bbq sauce. Water. Cover. Bake. Slicing takes the longest.

Set your oven to 200 and put in 3 meats at once, overnight for 9 hours.
Minute steak, chuck-eye roast and 2nd cut corned beef. Refrigerate until chilled and then slice.
