Do you have a place that’s reasonable and honest? Boro Park or Flatbush (Midwood)

There's no real honesty in the used car tire business. The best you can hope for is someone that's going to honor their warranty.
The most important thing to look for in a used tire besides treadwear, is age. Make sure the tire is less than 4 years old. Tires start to disintegrate after 6 years after use, even with perfect treadwear
Look for the four digit TIN number of the tire (find it on your other tires before you go this way look like less of a newbie😁)
First two numbers - The week the tire was made
Last two numbers - The year the tire was made
For eample: A TIN of "1024" means the tire was made in the 10th week of 2024, about march 15, 2024.

I use O P Tires at 1921 coney isl ave between ave o-p (across from Bordeaux.) I've used them for tire repairs, adding air to tires, & have bought tires from them. I thought they were pretty reasonable.

I ended up going to primo at foster and McDonald - recommended by my mechanic. Was nice to deal with. I just wanted to try to not get ripped off.
