So here's a shot in the dark.
Many years ago (maybe like 15 or more) Mishpacha magazine had a recipe, sometime around Shavuos time, for flower cookies. Basically taking a white dough, rolling a circle, placing it on the tray and making 4 slits in the ball, then placing a smartie in the centre.
They were gorgeous and delicious. I have lost the recipe.
Would anyone by any chance know what I am referring to and be able to share it?
