My boys start 9:15 every Sunday and will be the same this week. Feel bad for my minyan aged son who still has 7:40 davening.

No. Regular time.
Same like last week.
There is an inyan to go to minyan day after Yom Kippur a bit earlier (starting the new year right or something) and they wanted to start even 10 minutes earlier. But the bus companies said no.
So regular time
