This is the first year I'm having a succah of my own.
Please share your hacks for keeping food warm (succah is a short distance from my home), tips of how to bring the food out, and decor ideas!
Links appreciated!

So beautiful!!
For decor- check out between carpools. They have an extensive guide to decorating your sukkah- I’ve gotten my decor from there.
Setup- everything non perishable you need for meal comes down in one go.- paper goods, cutlery, drinking glasses etc..
Food wise- how far is the walk? Any stairs?
Maybe challah ( with dips if applicable), appetizers come down at once, clear up and bring in rest of meal.
Family size and how many portions make a difference too..

Thanks, so helpful!
Sukkah is a around the corner - like a minute walk - no stairs.

Thanks! I'd love to do such an idea but for cheaper.
Gonna check out amazon!
One day when I can afford more I'll try to give my business to Jewish business owners:)

If you can do meal in 2 trips , I would do that- to keep food hot longer.
Otherwise invest in a good insulated jug for soup.. and get a rolling cart to roll it all conveniently

If you live in a rainy climate, do not set your table in advance. Speaking from experience.
I find you build up your collection of decorations. Each year we usually add a new poster or craft the kids have made.
Invest in outdoor lighting if you don't have. There's nothing worse than walking down steps with a bowl of hot soup in the dark.
Our first succah was too small to bring all the food in and we plated inside, then brought each plate out individually.
We bought a plug in small heater (and then a second one when that wasn't enough) which we put on a timer to keep the succah warm. And the constant close the door as people come in and out.
