Lots of open ended art! 1 yr olds not too young for crayons, pencils, dot art, stamps, homemade playdough etc.
Lots of balls. Can drop smaller balls down paper towel chutes... color coded for more fun.

kids who just turned one or kids who are turning two?

Many kids who just turned one are not even walking yet and if you give them crayons they will just try to eat it. Same with stickers, paint, markers, play dough

Youngest is 14 months and oldest is 19 months. I am aware, but I want to plan for throughout the year as well. Right now they are doing great with crayons.

Are you looking for ideas to do?
If yes, the Parsha and calendar are great places to look for ideas on what to do.

Things like putting stickers on a Menora

Do you have cookie cutters? Would you be interested in baking cookies?
You can make a cookie to what ever shape you want like a shofer, and in the baking aisle of the store are sprinkles that are shaped like a circle and other shapes. You just put some icing on the cookie and have the child put the sprinkles on the cookie.
The first few times they might try to eat the cookie but then they get the hang of it and start putting the sprinkles on.
