We’re going for Sukkos iyh. What should I pack, full summer? Some winter?

It's likely to be hot during the day and colder at night. If you have some lighter winter, like dark colors but not velvet, that will work. If you wear summer, bring some sweaters for the night.

This. Come prepared with layers.

Also, Yerushalayim will be cooler at night than, say, the Tel Aviv area.

Summer, with a couple of extra layers in case it gets cool in the evening.
