We have a canvas so I think that's similar to the Bingo one.
We bought a big roll of pretty ribbon (thin 3/8") and hang things against the walls, from the upper beams. Basically, hole punches on either end of laminated projects, ribbon tied to each end, and the middle hanging from ceiling frame, right against the wall.
We also decorate the ceiling beams all around the inner perimeter of the sukkah with garlands, as well garlands hanging down vertically in each corner of the sukkah. We use long 7" clear twist ties for that.
You can also use safety pins (they leave pin holes).
Or use ball chains to hang from the wall beams.
