Are you sure Eagle Ridge will allow any outside caterer? If yes, which number did you call?

Eagle ridge has their own caterer. I don’t believe they allow outside.

Is the Bais Horaah big enough for a bar mitzvah?

Depends how many people you have. It’s definitely on the smaller side. If you have more people you may have to push tables aside for dancing, but it can work.

Depending on what you want to spend. If you don't mind if it's in a basement then khal bnei Torah on 4th and Monmouth is like $600, Williams Street shul is also but parking there is impossible... masores avos main floor is 850, tiferes by on oak St is like 850. They're all nice places. Gratter building is beautiful but much more. It's over $1000
