cereal and yogurt instead of milk
yogurt and cottage cheese
farina and cottage cheese and chocolate chips, but the farina needs to be salted while cooking!

My aunt used to defrost a gefilte roll and roll it out and make a roll up of gefilte with lox spread shmeared , rolled and sliced. It actually looked pretty. And I got to liking it, so I would shmear lox spread on my gefilte.

I eat mustard with my liver. Everyone thinks it’s strange but I got it from my mother who says she learned it in bruers

Baby carrots with mustard - I think my mother learned that from weight watchers.
