Literally anywhere. You can find things on SHEIN, HM or at any local store.
You need to pick up the classy things and dress it in a classy way but there are classy things at any given place. If you’re talking about very high quality looking clothes, that’s a different thing.

Nordstrom rack for weekday and shoes
You need to learn which brands you like and look right
Skirts I usually spend on Jewish - a simple sweater will look very classy with a nice pleated skirt

I find that the non Jewish brands go on sale earlier
Right now the styles are very tznius so easy to find
For winter classy look many department stores will have very classy and nice tops

Nordstrom/ Nordstrom rack clearance. U know u will get high quality without spending a crazy amount.

I find a look l like and find cheap stuff accordingly.

Example: pleated skirt with the vest and turtleneck below.
I do navy with navy vest and navy turtleneck and belt.

Black velvet with a blazer and pearls
Or vest and black belt with gold buckle.
