Bake pizza dough in individual rounds. Spread light layer of BBQ or chili sauce on baked pizza. Top with warm shredded chicken. Drizzle with garlic mayo and spicy mayo. Add some greens for color.
I used to love making a copy cat version of this famous bbq chicken pizza I liked as a kid. I just leave off the cheese. Its still delicious. Maybe I will make this again this week too.
personally I don't like the meat pizzas. I wld fry up the chicken with some cooked rice and some veggies as a one dish and use the pizza dough to make garlic bread or garlic knots or focaccia to have on the side. with a salad.
