Does anybody here have any experience with this? I applied for family leave due to a sick family member. They originally denied it, and said they did not a signed document from the doctor. So I faxed them the letter from the doctor, but when I check online it says they didn't receive it.

I called them and they said, they received the letter, they are processing. I spoke to them two weeks ago. Does this timeline make sense? Do I need to call them again?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. TYIA!

I just got NJ TDI for maternity leave approved but I know that it can take a while. I submitted a “contact us” request form and they usually look at the file within 2 business days and then I find that they send the money to the debit card shortly afterwards.

Thank you! I'll try that.
