If it's one night I would prepare food in advance and bring it ready, along with a folding travel meat knife. I would rather skip shlepping the cooking elements.

Corn salad
Potato salad in a container, with dressing separate in smaller container
London broil (slice before eating)
Lettuce and veggies for under the steak

For breakfast or lunch
Bagels
Cream cheese
Trays of lox slices
Tomatoes for slicing
Plastic knife

Ready breaded/marinated cutlets
Frozen veggi mix
