Hi,
Any leads for a brand that is pas yisroel? Id like to make a desert that needs this in the recipe but I can only find brands that are not pas yisroel.
We are makpid until hoshana raba.
If not... Any ideas on if it's possible to make shredded phyllo out of regular phyllo dough?

If you're buying the dough, wouldn't it be pas because you're baking it yourself?

is there any kosher brands that have made the trending dubai chocolate using the pastry?? I want to try it!

Oh nuts! made a Dubai chocolate bar recently.
Really good, with tahini, pistachios and kataifi in the filling.
