What’s the best way to get a clean “as if unlived in” reasonably priced and central apartment in j-m for Pesach. Shaarei chesed or rechavia. Need 3-4 bedrooms.2 bath. Doesn’t have to be luxe (although we don’t mind!) but must be high standard clean. Dont want other people’s stuff all around. Is it possible to find in the 5k range for two week span around Pesach?

I don’t think you will find something that looks “unlived in” for that price.
You can look on Airbnb now and see what’s available.
Many people rent their clean apartments out for pesach but it won’t be unlived in. They will generally clear out closet space for you and leave the place very clean. Is that definitely not an option for you?
The vacation rentals with that many bedrooms are generally in the 10k range for pesach (or even more).

It might be if it was really very nice and perfectly clean. How would I find that?

Also maybe switch your subject to “iso pesach rental in rechavia” or something like that. There is probably a WhatsApp or email group in the neighborhood

I paid under 4k for a 4 bedroom 3 bath newly renovated apartment , spotless in sanhedria. it was three flights up though
I booked it after purim
best bet is the ramat eshkol neshei list. cuts out the broker.. when it gets closer there are lots of options. I needed larger with more beds bh so my options were more limited
