My husband hasn’t taken a kollel check for 3 years for the outreach kollel that he runs. We are constantly arguing over $ so I’ve decided to do whatever I can to raise $ for his kollel. Does anyone have ideas that work? (That don’t involve social things like bbqs)

Can you get a committee of women together to help you? I feel like a big fundraiser is a lot of work Usually too much for one person. Is it in a small town? Is the kind of thing that people would just donate to if they got a phone call or do you have to do something creative.

Without knowing the structure of the kollel it's hard to give advice...
If one of the yungeleit is hired as the "executive director" he can be in charge of fundraising
You can do a charidy/causematch campaign but you'll need help, its not a one person job.
You can get all the yungeleit to raise a certain amount without an official campaign
You can cold call g'virim
Are there rich people in your community who would want to make sure that a makom Torah doesn't shut down do to lack of funds for the Rosh Kollel?
