Hi everyone,
(I hope this is the right section to post this in.)

I want to cut back on my technology usage this year. I have a habit of wasting too much time on the computer TMI

. Whether I'm trying to get work done, research something, or shop, I often get distracted during and after and end up watching videos, news, etc (especially if I'm procrastinating doing something).

I'd like to use my computer more intentionally—only for things I really need to do, with maybe a little time for entertainment each day.
Any tips or suggestions on how to stay focused and reduce unnecessary screen time would be greatly appreciated!

Put time limits onto distracting websites and apps. I use the stayfree app on my phone for this.

My kabalah bli neder is to not be on screen for 20 min after my kids come home and dh comes home
