Every time I display them in a cake stand they get all wet and soggy by the next morning.
It was perfectly baked.
Does this happen to anyone else?

Are you putting them in the cake stand when still warm.
If yes the steam if the muffins are creating the issue
Try letting them cool completely and you shouldn’t have this issue

Let them cool completely, but I also like to throw them un the oven before serving to crisp them up again.
