There was a recipe from July credited to Mr. Spilman of Fine art Catering.
Has anyone tried to make it?
The amounts seem off.
Firstly, the recipe says to use 2lb (910 g) of frozen brocolli florets. But the bag says that 1 lb is 680 g. Each bag is 1 lb.
So I used 2 full bags which actually equalled 1360 g.
Secind, the recipe says is supposed to make 1 3-lb loaf Pan, but I had enough batter for 2 loaf pans.

The amount in the recipe isn't accurate

I also made this recipe for Yom Tov! It only came out to two loaf pans and honestly felt like a waste of eggs! Didn't taste it yet 😕
