I know that many rabbis don’t allow Shabbos makeup. For the ones that do, I have 7th day shine powder products and love them for Shabbos and YT.
My lips get very chapped and peel easily while I’m eating or sleeping, so even the 24 hour lip stains don’t last for me.
I’m recently divorced and really want to feel pretty in shul. Is there any kind of lipstick that some rabbis allow?

7th day shine does make a powder lip color. It won't moisturize your lips but looks good. I personally really like shabbos brush ups lip color. It comes in a tube and you can roll the color very nicely. They also make a gloss (it's not hydrating) but it can only be used on clean lips- not with color. It's almost like a baby oil. (I'm not so into it but it's a good option.) I see that 7th day shine also makes what they call queen lip oil.

If you look at the picture at the top of the linked page, you'll see the tube that has a ball on top and the lip color rolls on smoothly. All lip colors from this brand come in the tube.

Try putting on a really thick layer of oil or cream and letting it sit for a while to soften all the dead skin. Then exfoliate.
