I am the op of the crock pot thread

It looks like it’s too complicated to use the crock pot so I’m looking for ideas to serve third day , Shabbos day, that are pregnancy safe.

Although if I can’t find anything I’ll serve deli to my family and I’ll just eat challah and vegetables.

Any ideas welcome.

I buy a naval pastrami. I put it in right before Sabbath in a pan filled with water, left in the bag on 200.

I also prepare a object which is basically your potato recipe, a layer of cheap meat like stew, and kugel. And then bake it for 30 minutes I'm 500 and freeze it and I stick it in the oven right before shabbos also 200, with a pan of water on the rack below.

The only other thing I was able to think of was deli which needs to be fully reheated shortly before consuming, for pregnant women
