I always put it on Sabbath mode for Yom Tov. Then you raise and lower the temperature as needed. You can definitely leave it on for three days.

Do you know according to who you can raise and lower it.
I’d like to but don’t have info.
I heard OU pulled certification
In the manual it says it is not approved by ou

Do you know who I can call? .

Town appliance told me I shouldn’t rely on Shabbos mode for the door.. When you open the door it triggers the oven. There should be a delay but it isn’t working correctly. They told me I need a magnet on the door trigger even in Shabbos mode to open the oven.

Since you’ve all been so helpful, maybe you can help me with this issue. My oven only beeps once when the timer is done and it used to continuously beep. Anyone know how to get it to beep continuously again? I always miss the one beep (it’s not loud) and have burned cookies and cakes many times lol

It’s in the special modes.

So I don’t know my oven is not new. I didn’t know they pulled certification.

I just called town appliance. They said ou took over star k but either way you need a magnet to cover the light switch and then you can use the shabbos mode

Not everyone holds by this. Always ask your posek.

I don't see an option for 350. I see 170, 200, 250, 300, 325, and 400.
Sounds from others above like you set it as I wrote above, but just skip clicking any number for the length of time, and it just won't shut off.

NO! I didn’t ask because we don’t hold that you can do that

1. Press Bake and Broil together until the display says OFSt
2. Press 8, it says SABB
3. Press 6, it says OFF
4. Press 8, to turn it to On
5. Press 6 again to get back to the special features menu
6. Press 4 to exit that menu altogether. It is now in Shabbos mode. To set to 2 hours at 250,
A. Press Bake
B. Press 3, for 250 degrees
C. Press 6, for 2 hours
D. Press Start, to get it going.
Done! Wait a minute or so, the second bracket will appear.

To exit shabbos mode, press and hold Bake and Broil til it says OFSt. Then press 8, 6, 8, 6, and 4. (I still sometimes need to press Cancel/Off after that to get back to normal display.)

(It's basically always, B&B together, 8 6 8 6 4, then bake, the two numbers you need for the exact temp and hours, then start, and then again to exit, B&B together, 8 6 8 6 4.)

There is no option for 225. You can choose 200 (press 2 in step B) or 250 (press 3 in step B).
And sounds like you can just skip step C to have it stay on endlessly.

According to towns appliance you still need to cover the door switch. Bec the oven door opening caused the oven to turn on. That is why the ou doesn’t certify it anymore.

So according to our rav if we wait until the oven already turns on on its own, which it does every so often to correct the temperature, we can open the door then.
